Born in 1955, Angus Young is the co-founder and lead songwriter of Australian rock band AC/DC. The AC/DC name was inspired by Malcolm and Angus Young looking at the initials “AC/DC” on their sister’s sewing machine. They wanted to make music that was electrifying, and alternating current/direct current was perfect. Always the showman, Young tried a number of stage costumes, including Spider-Man, a gorilla suit, Zorro, and a parody of Superman he called “Super-Ang.” Young finally settled on his signature schoolboy look, created by his sister Margaret on the sewing machine that inspired AC/DC’s name.
This feminine, super soft tank top features a satin label and slightly relaxed and longer fit. It's made from 50% poly, 25% combed ring spun cotton and 25% rayon. Care Instructions: Machine wash cold, do not bleach and tumble dry low.
